For Delton Hubbard and his car obsession, “never enough” is the perfect descriptor. What started as an unquenchable thirst for Hot Wheels collectibles eventually blossomed into a full-blown, real-sized custom build, and now, Hubbard’s passion for Hot Wheels might net him a spot in the history books with his very own custom die-cast model.

One look at this thing will reveal exactly what we mean by “full-blown.” Sitting under that enormous nitrous-fed supercharged V-8 is a Chevrolet Geo Tracker, which now, after an enormous amount of work, looks every bit the part of a Hot Wheels toy. The paint is a crazy shade of orange mixed and matched with some wild graphic overlays, while nitrous bottles dot the exterior and interior alike. There’s even a wind up key in back.

Don’t be fooled - this thing is 100 percent real, and everything works as you’d expect, as evidenced by the smokey burnout the Tracker rips at the start of the video.

Hubbard recently took his creation to the Hot Wheels Legend tour in Charlotte, North Carolina, where it managed to secure a spot to go to SEMA 2018 in Las Vegas. There, the Tracker will go up against several other finalists in a bid to become an authentic Hot Wheels collectible.

Hubbard’s passion is palpable in the video, and we certainly wish him all the luck in Vegas!
