It's been nearly three months since we got our first look at the Mercedes-Benz SL's updated interior, but we have yet to take a closer peek at the car's revised bodywork. As development continues, the Germans->ke187 have taken yet another prototype out for a spin, but we can't celebrate yet, as the vehicle in the video->ke278 above sports the same body as the current model. There is something new about it though, as the slightly camouflaged headlamps seem to have a new cluster layout and feature full LED technology.

Of course, the mid-cycle facelift will bring many new styling cues to the SL.->ke950 Among them there will be revised front and rear bumpers, reworked side skirts, and, more importantly, a pair of taillights inspired by the S-Class Coupe's. Overall, the new SL-Class should look sleeker and a tad more aggressive than its predecessor.

Inside the cabin, minor nips and tucks will be joined by an important technology update, which will include a new infotainment system and upgraded safety and driver assist features. New upholstery colors, new trims, and added options are also on the table.

There's no official word as to when the facelifted SL-Class will arrive in showrooms, but rumor has it deliveries are set to commence in March 2015. Keep it locked here for more details.
