Another month has come and gone, so Turn 10 and Playground Games are now bringing us another downloadable car pack for Forza Horizon 2. This one carries the title NAPA Chassis Car Pack, and it comes with six new machines to roll around in. In traditional fashion, the cars cover a wide variety of driving styles and ages. There are two supercars,->ke177 a pair of classics, a 500-plus-horsepower wagon and a similarly powerful luxury->ke505 SUV.->ke145

The actual cars in the pack are as follows (in handy chronological order no less): 1970 Buick GSX, 1988 Chevrolet Monte Carlo Super Sport, 2002 Lotus Esprit V8, 2014 Land Rover Range Rover Supercharged. 2015 Audi RS6 Avant, and 2015 McLaren 650S Coupe

The AWD and incredible power of the Audi Avant should make it a great all-round choice for players looking to try something different, and the incredible 650S->ke4801 from McLaren->ke284 will likely find lots of garages to call home. I like seeing Forza still focus on great cult cars like the Lotus->ke49 and Buick,->ke17 and dropping in something a little different for those off-road races with the Range Rover->ke469 seems pretty inspired to me. After reviewing the Supercharged Range Rover myself, I feel like it certainly deserves a slot on the Forza roster.

The pack is available to download today for all Xbox One->ke4786 players, and it carries a price of $5. If you are the proud owner of the Season Pass, these cars are all free. If you just want to try out one of these new cars, the Lotus is available as a separate download all on its own for the low sale price of free.

You can check out a little more info about each car as well as a video->ke278 showing off all the new machines in action after the break. Be sure to hit those comments with which one is your favorite from this list.

NAPA Chassis Car Pack Cars

1970 Buick GSX

The 1970 GSX is one of the all-time great muscle cars from the end of the original horsepower wars. It came equipped with a 455-cubic-inch, big block, V-8 engine that was conservatively rated at 360 horsepower. Buick crammed it with some of the best performance parts it could get its hands on so it had a Hurst shifter, larger valves, a new cam, and a posi-traction rear end. It is loud, proud, and ready to be flogged.

1988 Chevrolet Monte Carlo Super Sport

The 1980s represented a pretty low spot in the world of the automotive enthusiast, but still there were a few bright spots like the Monte Carlo SS. 1988 is the last year that GM created the G-Body Monte Carlo, and it fitted the SS with a 5.0-liter V-8. This was also the last year that GM campaigned this generation Monte Carlo in NASCAR racing; it moved to the Lumina Coupe for the 1989 season.

2002 Lotus Esprit V8

When it comes to the legendary world of wedge-shaped supercars, the Lotus Esprit is one of the most well-known and well regarded. The car first debuted way back in 1972 as a concept, but Lotus kept it in production until 2002 by continually making improvements and adjustments. The final cars in 2002 came powered by a twin-turbo V-8. The car only made 350 horsepower, but a low weight made it incredibly fast and it was capable of reaching a top speed of more than 175 mph.

2014 Land Rover Range Rover Supercharged

When it comes to super-fast, super-luxurious SUVs, it is hard to think of anything that is quite as great as the supercharged Range Rover. With the same supercharged, 5.0-liter V-8 that Jag uses in the F-Type crammed under the hood, and enough leather to provide purses to every woman in France, this Range Rover is a unique and wonderful beast. Best of all, you don’t have to pay for fuel in Forza Horizon so you can beat it as hard as you want.

2015 Audi RS6 Avant

Arguably the greatest wagon ever made, the Audi RS6 Avant is a machine with few equals. It takes a turbocharged V-8 that makes more than 500 horsepower, Quattro AWD and a cabin that is fit for a king and it crams it all inside of a sleek but usable wagon body shell. This thing is about as close to perfect as a car gets in 2014. Buy it, drive it, and love it. Just please don't [pull a David Beckham...

2015 McLaren 650S Coupe

I don’t think McLaren’s newest supercar really needs much of an introduction, but if you have been hiding under a rock, here it is. The 650S is the replacement for the 12C, and it enhances its predecessor in every way. But taking design elements and engineering gained from the P1 project, the 650S is lighter, more aerodynamic and more powerful. Originally the 650S was designed as a separate model to be carried in the McLaren family, but demand was so high that McLaren decided to kill the 12C and work exclusively on the 650S as their mainstream model.
