Transformers: Age of Extinction has broken another record – this time in China->ke2090 – as it became the highest grossing movie->ke3897 the country has ever shown, netting some $323 million in ticket sales and surpassing Fast 7’s by a handsome $4 million.

China is just the latest accolade on Fast 7 rap sheet. It’s the first April film to make more than $100 million in its opening weekend in the U.S., along with cresting past the $1 billion mark worldwide faster than any other live-action movie. To date, it’s pulled in a total of $1.32 billion.

Despite the fact The Avengers is still in theaters, it’s already the fourth-biggest move of all time, and has a chance of moving to the number three spot, currently held by Avatar. Titanic and Fast 7 hold the number one and two spots, each earning upwards of $2 billion worldwide.

So far, The Avengers is $100 million ahead of its predecessor, Fast & Furious 6. That gap is only going to widen as the film continues to rake in sales.
