If you have yet to take your daily those of motorsport awesomeness, then you've come to the right place, because showcased in the video->ke278 above is Reiter Engineering's Chevy Camaro GT3 racer. Why is that a big deal, you may ask? Well, this FIA GT3-spec muscle car->ke507 sounds downright gorgeous. You can forget about the Camaro Z/28 for a while, because this track monster will send chills down your spine and leave your ears longing for more. And this Camaro was prepped by Reiter Engineering, the same German racing team responsible for the Lamborghini Gallardo GT3 and the Murcielago GT1 race cars, among other vehicles. It's not too often I can mention Lamborghini->ke44 and Chevy->ke199 in the same sentence, but Reiter Engineering made that possible with the Camaro GT3.

Developed for various events, including the Blancpain Sprint Series, the Camaro GT3 received a lot less attention than any other vehicle running under these regulations. That's because it competes against GT3-spec vehicles from automakers such as Audi, Lamborghini, McLaren,->ke284 and Ferrari,->ke252 which are more familiar to GT enthusiasts, and Sareni Camaro is essentially the only team showcasing it around Europe. Despite that, the Camaro is the most cost-effective GT3 car on the market today at €195,000 (about $214,000 as of 03/25/2015), hiding a 650-horsepower, 7.9-liter V-8 under the hood and weighing in at only 2,844 pounds. Watch it in action in the video above courtesy of Italian car spotter Marchettino.
