Kia ->ke41 revealed the first teaser image of a 2+2 sports car->ke506 concept set to be unveiled in January 2014 at the Detroit Auto Show->ke222. The company described the concept car->ke169 as a "stunning sports car," specially designed to deliver "head-turning looks whilst providing superb driving enjoyment whether on the road or at the track."

No other details were revealed, but the teaser image reveals a car with a sporty character, featuring the design lines we've seen on all the latest Kia vehicles. The concept appears to feature a long hood and pronounced wheel arches. The nose seems to feature a new headlight design for a Kia model.

More details on the concept will be released in the upcoming weeks, but the full specifications figures will be unveiled during the car's official debut in Detroit. Stay tuned!

Kia's Sports Car Rumor

People have long talked about a possible sports car from Kia, but those rumors intensified after the company unveiled the GT concept at the 2011 Frankfurt Motor Show->ke235. Still, it took about two years to have a finally confirmation from Kia: company officials confirmed that the GT will be put into production in the upcoming years.

All we know about this future sports car comes from Benny Oeyen, Kia’s boss of European product planning whom described it: "a little less pure than the Toyota GT86, more of a comfortable cruiser."
