Lamborghini->ke44 has officially announced the 2015 schedule of its Accademia and Esperienze driving programs, giving would-be Lambo drivers the chance to set up their schedules so they can participate in any one of these two events.

We previously touched on the Accademia program back in November 2014, specifically its stops in Aspen, Colorado and Livorno, Italy beginning in February 2015. As it turns out, those two won’t be the only destinations on the Accademia schedule. From January 15 to 19, 2015, Lamborghini’s Squadra Corse team will also go to Nagano, Japan->ke138 for the Asian leg of the Winter Accademia. The three-leg event will then make stops in the aforementioned venues in the US and in Europe. Once the three winter events conclude, the Accademia shifts to its track sessions where it will make a number of stops around the world, including Barcelona, Imola, Abu Dhabi, Malaysia, and Texas.

Lamborghini’s Accademia program will be complemented by the Esperienza event, which the automaker describes as the “first step for anyone wanting to explore the world of Lamborghini.” For the first time in its presumably short history, the Esperienza event will take the Squadra Corse outfit to a handful of destinations all over the world, covering a total of four continents. Some 20 events have already been lined up in various circuits or driving centers in Europe, North America, Asia, and Australia, all geared to host the event and welcome participants to their somewhat official Lamborghini baptismal.

If there are questions on the popularity of Lamborghini’s Accademia and Esperienza events, consider that more than 2,000 people have already signed up to be part of either of the two programs next year, giving them the opportunity to test their driving skills on some of the trickiest cold-weather road conditions imaginable. It should still be fun seeing as participants will get behind the wheel of the Lamborghini Huracan and the Aventador->ke3624 for these winter sessions.

Why it matters

There are many reasons why you should take up Lamborghini's offer to attend any one of its Accademia or Esperienza events. The chance to drive the Huracan and Aventador under the supervision of Lambo's Squadra Corse team is the most obvious one. But once you get past the exhilarating rush of experiencing what it's like to drive the Huracan and the Aventador in winter conditions, you can also brag to your friends and properly describe the thrill of being part of such an incredible experience.

The only downside is that these events come at a cost, and pretty steep ones at that. We mentioned that the Accademia Program in Aspen will cost you a total of $5,995 while the Livorno program will set you back €3,500 ($4,360 as of 12/22/2014), excluding VAT. Lamborghini hasn't announced how much the Nagano event will cost nor has it given an indication on the financial hit on any one of its Esperienza events. But rest assured, they won't come cheap.

So if you can get past the costs that come with the unforgettable experience of driving your favorite Lamborghinis, then you should have no issue signing up for any one of these events. Heck, if I had the money -- and the time -- I would've signed up a long time ago.
