While everyone is waiting for the official debut of the future Lamborghini supercar, some people are letting their imaginations go wild by coming up with design studies like the Indomable, a concept car based on a Lamborghini Gallardo->ke375.

The Lamborghini Indomable was developed by Daniel Chinchilla Ochoa and Alberto Fernandez Albilares at the Scuola Politecnica di Design Master in collaboration with Lamborghini, under the supervision of Filipo Perini, head of the Centro Stile and designer Alessandro Salvagnin.

The concept's exterior is inspired by the new generation stealth jetfighters like the F22 Raptor. The engine cover was styled after the "functional system of the F22 which features invisible weapons bay doors and the typical zig zag assembly pattern." Of course, this isn't the first time a vehicle has taken its design cues from a jet. Back in May, Design Q tuned up the interior of a Range Rover to look like a jet and we wouldn't be surprised if more tuners jumped at the chance to create a vehicle that is styled by one of the most powerful machines in the world.

When speaking of his work, the concept's designer has said: "Soft transitions between the surfaces with hard cuts are the main design cues. These create the functional elements of the car. The side view shows an abstraction of a folded wing, which gives the feeling that the car is waiting for the action, like a jetfighter before the take off in a carrier."
