Look – we all want a spaceship, right? Preferably one with enough juice to hit up that killer bar in Mos Eisley or go bobsledding on Hoth? Unfortunately, actually coming up with the Elon Musk-like-levels of cash needed to make that dream a reality can be tricky. Luckily, there’s an atmosphere-based alternative in the form of the official Star Wars drones from Propel. Models include the 74-Z speeder bike, T-65 X-Wing, and TIE Advanced X1, all of which are capable of flying at speeds over 35 mph.

These quick quad copters carry the official stamp of approval from the franchise, which means they’re bristling with canon-correct details. Model arrives in a slick black collector’s box, perfect for display on a shelf to proudly show off your nerdiness, and if you get some friends together, you can even use them to play a little aerial laser tag. Pricing slots in at $199. Check them out here.

Why It Matters

Personally, I feel like the space laser dogfight scenes are the best part of any Star Wars film. The trench run on the first Death Star, the battle above Endor, the battle for Scarif… all pure sci-fi gold, as far as I’m concerned. That makes toys like these drones particularly interesting for me. Now if I could just figure out how to use that force push trick when I accidently get one stuck in a tree… it’s a trap!
