It's been four months since McLaren->ke284 introduced the 2016 McLaren 675LT at the 2015 Geneva Motor Show,->ke228 and the British supercar->ke177 is still waiting to meet its first customers. And even though it managed to sell all 500 units in only two months, McLaren is still busy promoting the lightest and most powerful model in its Super Series. It might seem useless to do so in such circumstances, but nothing's meaningless when it comes to supercars. Anyway, McLaren just unleashed the first official video->ke278 of the 675LT->ke5052 being raced at the track.

Granted this isn't the first time we've seen the long-tailed supercar on the race course, as it was first spotted carving the famous Spa Francorchamps circuit back in April. However, that was part of the official testing sessions and the 675LT was still wearing camouflage. It wasn't running at its full potential either, likely because McLaren was still meddling with various setups. Now, the supercar is wearing a flashy Mantis Green coat while being flogged like there's no tomorrow.

It's a wonderful sight if you're a gearhead like me and I bet it'll impress you even if you're not into supercars (impossible, I know). Making things even better is that the car is being driven in various modes and as soon as the nannies are deactivated, there's a bit of drifting too. Indeed, the 675LT is not the car you'd want to take to a drifting competition, but in the end this video was put together for promotional purposes. Check it out above. It's way cool.
