At the 39th US International Film and Video Festival last weekend in Hollywood, a total of seven contributions from Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, Stuttgart, received awards. The international jury of industry professionals evaluated 1,250 films from 26 countries in different categories. The festival has been held regularly since 1968 and is one of the leading events in company and product films.

In the Advertising/Marketing: Sales Organization category, Porsche won over the international jury with the emotional stories relating to the sports car three times. First place was awarded to the film "True to Yourself" about the Cayman S as well as the film "No" about the 911 Carrera 4/4S. Both contributions received the "Gold Camera Award". "Different", the film about the new 911 Turbo, took second place and the "Silver Screen Award". Porsche also took home three trophies in the category of Manufacturing, Engineering, Industrial & Technical Processes. Gold went to the technical film "Masterwork" about the 911 Turbo. Silver was awarded to "Inspiration" about Cayman S technology. The film "Rivals" about the development of the Cayman S took third place and was awarded the "Certificate for Creative Excellence".

The 911 GT3 technical film "Porsche 911 GT3" won in the category Corporate Communications: Dealer, Distributor, Franchisee. The "Silver Screen Award" in the category Public Relations: Corporate Image went to "Okay Then". All winning films were produced in cooperation with the Klaus E. Küster (Frankfurt), C.3 Produktionshaus (Frankfurt) and BM8 GmbH (Wedel) advertising agencies.
