Santa…. Where do we really start. Every year the man loads up that boring old sleigh and tasks poor Rudolph with his red nose, and his friends, to drag him around the planet. Just how does he manage to hit every “nice” kid on the list? Sure the times zones and planet rotation around the sun help, but even as a kid, I knew there was something more to it.

Just think about this for a minute. A horse generates about 14.9 horsepower, so let’s assume a reindeer can do about the same. Without magic or trickery, that means Santa’s sleigh has about 134.1 horsepower will all nine of his magical reindeer. That’s the equivalent of delivering presents in a slightly modified ’97 Civic.->ke236 No way he’s hitting every kid on the list with that little power.

Well, the secret is finally out, and Santa hasn’t been using the sleigh (or that ’97 Civic for that matter,) but instead, the big guy is managing to squeeze into a red Mercedes-AMG GT. Now it makes a little more sense. With 465 horsepower, 443 pounds of torque and a time of 3.9 seconds to 60 mph, I think Santa has it made. He probably even makes it home in time for some fresh milk and cookies. There is a little surprise at the end of the video, though, because Santa isn’t all by himself on the road. I bet those magical reindeer managed to get their driver’s license too, but I’ll leave that to you to decide.
