Usually when you open your car's top, you are looking to enjoy a sunny day. In Europe, however, spring is running a little behind schedule and there is still a lot of snow. This didn't stop the guys over at BMW, who decided to take the Convertible version of the new BMW 4-Series out for a testing session. They opened the roof and enjoyed... well, the cold.

The new 4-Series->ke3834 will be a cheaper alternative of the larger 6-Series Convertible and will combine design elements from both the 6-Series and the 3-Series. It will distinguish itself with more squared-off headlights and larger eyebrows, plus the new 3D kidney grille. The 4-Series convertible lineup will include the 428i, which will likely come with a 240-horsepower, 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine and a 435i, which should come with a 306-horsepower, 3.0-liter six-cylinder engine.

The new BMW 4-Series Convertible will be unveiled in late 2013 and will enter production in November 2013.
