The latest-generation Suzuki Swift looks surprisingly sporty, especially in Sport trim. But the little hatchback just got a bit brawnier for the Tokyo Auto Salon, where it will showcase a new livery as the Yellow Rev concept.

Although it's not as wild as a full-blow concept, the Swift Sport Yellow Rev looks as if Suzuki plans to set a new record on the Nurburgring. Fitted with a matte black spoiler, side skirts, and rear diffuser, the hatchback sits closer to the ground and rides on black, 10-spoke wheels with red accents.

More importantly, it's "wrapped" in a brand new color called High Chroma yellow Pearl. Developed from Suzuki's familiar Champion Yellow, this pearl hue is brighter and screams for attention, making the car stand out just about anywhere.

The paint there isn't exactly original, as I'm pretty sure I've seen it on Renault RS cars, but I admit it makes the Swift Sport look gorgeous and decidedly more aggressive than usual. Unlike other Suzuki concepts in Tokyo, this car might actually make it into production as an optional paint and stripe package.
