The 2010 Mercedes Benz E-Class sedan not only comes with an updated design and performance. The new Mercedes Benz sedan is also being offered at a new price, and it’s not what you are thinking either. New car, new year, more money. Well no, in fact the base model, the 2009 E350 with V6 power started at $54,075, while the new E350 will be offered for only $49,475; and can be yours, here in North America, starting in June.

Continued after the jump.

The more powerful V8 variant, the E550 starts at only $57,175. If you want a 4MATIC version, the German automaker’s four wheel drive system, you will have to pony up an extra $2,500, no matter which power plant is under the hood.

The E-Class coupe will start at $48,925 with a V6 and goes up to $55,525 for the E550.

The new E-Class line-up will also include a factory tuned E63 AMG version set to arrive later on in November followed by an alternatively fueled E350 BlueTEC turbo diesel available next March.
