The brand-new BMW M3 is only one month away from going on sale in the United States, but it appears that the German manufacturer is still working on those final track adjustments. Late last month, no less than three BMW->ke178 M3s were caught on film while being hooned on the iconic Nurburgring->ke999 track and the footage has finally surfaced the Internet.

It isn't clear whether or not BMW is still developing the car's ability to stay glued to the asphalt, while taking both fast and slow turns, but this three-minute video is bound to keep potential customers on their toes. In fact, it doesn't matter if the new M3 is on your list or not, this is a spectacle you can't miss.

As a brief reminder, the 2014 BMW M3 will hit U.S. dealerships with a turbocharged 3.0-liter, inline-six engine under the hood. The sedan->ke142 (the coupe->ke141 is now sold as the M4) benefits from 425 horsepower and 406 pound-feet of torque. Two transmissions are available, a standard six-speed manual and an optional seven-speed automatic.

The vehicle starts from $62,000 and has enough boxes on the options list to take a well-equipped model into $70,000 territory.
