If you're a big fan of vintage race cars, especially Formula One->ke190 single-seaters, than this new video from Japan's Motorhead will surely make your day better. You've probably never heard of the Hakone Hill Climb, but it's a pretty cool event that gathers several vintage and current race cars.->ke148 Making it that much better is that it takes place on the twisty roads of Hakone Turnpike, a superb mountain road that looks as if it was created specifically for hill climb races.

This years event gathered not only the usual Japanese sports and race cars, including several Nissan GT-Rs->ke1592 and a beefed-up Toyota GT 86,->ke4085 but also a Benetton F1 car from the early 1990s and a Lotus racer from the 1980s. The latter is finished in the iconic John Player Special livery, featuring an all-black body with gold accents and British flags. The video starts off with the two F1 cars getting their tanks filled up at a gas station, but it quickly moves on to the misty mountain for some tire shredding action.

The F1 cars are then followed by more modern race and road-going sports cars, among which you'll notice an Aston Martin Vantage,->ke4410 a Lotus Evora,->ke3240 and a Le Mans-->ke1591spec Nissan->ke62 racer. Unfortunately, while the camera work is downright amazing, the music somewhat ruins the experience. Be that as it may, it's still a cool video->ke278 featuring a bunch of awesome race cars and I'm sure you'll enjoy it. Hit play for the action.
