As usual, the Ford Mustang will be present and accounted for in great numbers at the 2013 SEMA Show->ke216. Classic Design Concepts will be one of many tuners showing off its mods for the Stang, and this one is simply called "Bad Penny." Why the name? Apparently because "in God we pay, all others pay cash."

The concept features a cool combination of black and copper, and gets some of the aerodynamics and styling options we've seen on the Vaughn Gittin, Jr.’s RTR Mustang. These elements include the new performance grille, the lower grille, front fascia with functional brake-cooling ducts, side and rear splitters, license plate surround, custom deck lid trim panel and a rear spoiler.

The car sits on 20-inch, Forgiato three-piece wheels wrapped in BF Goodrich G-Force Rival tires sized 285/35R20 up front and 315/35R20 in the back.

Wilwood big brakes are responsible for bringing the pony car to a stop, while a Whiteline Watts link suspension and RTR adjustable front and rear sway bars help keep it steady in the twisties.

Engine detail

The Mustang's 5.0-liter, V-8 engine is equipped with a Ford Racing supercharger system that increases the total output to 624 horsepower -- a nice boost of 220 horsepower from stock.

Allowing the engine to exhale is also a new set of Pypes long-tube headers into, a Magnaflow GT500 cat-back exhaust and a Ford Racing side-exit exhaust.

Interior details

The interior is equipped with Recaro Ford Racing seats trimmed with custom Alea leather, while the rear seat gets the old heave-ho to make room for the audio system, which includes Kicker IX amplifiers, L7 subwoofers and QS mid-range speakers.
