You gotta love MINI->ke57. The German->ke2091 automaker has never been the type to follow convention and for the most part, that's been one of its most endearing qualities.

And true to form, it managed to outdo itself yet again with the presentation of its Getaway Cars series just in time for the summer season. One of these cars, called the Cowley Caravan, might just want to make you pack up your bags and head out to the woods for the weekend.

Named after the historic Cowley factory that is now known as Plant Oxford, the Cowley Caravan offers those weekend warriors a luxurious overnight solution to make those camping trips a truly memorable experience. The teardrop-shaped trailer will undoubtedly turn some heads but what's inside it will definitely make some mouths drool in the process.

Among the features inside the caravan include a pair of comfortable sleeping berths, a twin-burner gas stove, and - get this - its own water tank that comes complete with pump and sink facility.

There's also an on-board batter that can be charged by a solar module and a 230-volt connection that allows you to get the fridge up and running. And for entertainment, the Crowley Caravan also has a TV/DVD and some audio equipment to ensure that your weekend camping trip won't go without you wishing you were back at home.

Talk about the ultimate camping experience, MINI has all your needs in spades - and then some.

MINI Cooper

Despite releasing a slew of new models in recent years, the legend of the MINI line-up remains the Cooper. There's really no discussions in that regard, proving that when it comes to the brand, the first model to always get the attention will always be the Cooper.

The current generation Cooper remains a popular model and rightfully so. In addition to retaining its classic MINI look with an added modern twist to it, the Cooper also comes with a slew of engine options, none more potent than the 1.6-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 181 horsepower at 5,500 rpm and 177 pound-feet of torque at 1,600 - 5,000 rpm.
