Through the years, Orange County Choppers has become a brand respected and recognized around the world. Now, with the OCC Motorcycles Limited Edition Production Bike Line, a limited number of lucky people will have the oportunity to experience the thrill of riding such a creation.

The crew from Orange County Choppers is known around the world for its one-of-a-kind projects and the way that they get done on time. I suppose that with this new line of motorcycles the stress level around the shop will be pretty high but that’s the OCC spirit.

The general public will have the opportunity to choose from a range of four custom made motorcycles which will showcase the same innovation and performance that the Teutels are used to.

The flagship of the line is the SplitBack, a limited-production maverick in a category all its own. While most builders simply place the gas tank on the top of the frame’s backbone, OCC took it a step further and designed a tank that wraps around the frame, lending a sexy, distinctive look to a frequently overlooked element. From there, custom razor forks, handlebars, chrome wheels, a 40-degree rake and 240mm rear tire bring solid styling to the table. And, with a custom controlled-suspension seat proving unparalleled comfort, the SplitBack is as easy to ride as it is to admire.

For riders who want something close to a true custom, there is the Web bike. A seamless marriage of traditional technique and modern technology, the Web is a true original. The product of an intricate computer modeling process, the bike’s distinctive elements were created using a state-of-the-art, five-axis flow cut system to insure the sharp, intricate edges that define this look. With a more solid handling and neutral balance, the bike is more of a traditional model. This motorcycle reminds me of the popular Black Widow bike, which also featured web wheels and pointed handlebars.

OCC’s T-Rex Softail has the defined purpose of showing that production motorcycles have personality two. With a large diameter frame and aggressive, 45-degree rake, the T-Rex Softail is a true American chopper. The wide 240mm rear tire combines great looks with a sure-footed, comfortable ride and the low, custom seat easily accommodates most riders.

As they say: “they kept the best for the end”! The Grennie pairs old school style with new school construction, effortless capturing the power and attitude of a classic bobber. This bike is for riders who love the classics, just like Paul Sr.

Each bike is hand-build in the OCC shop and it rides feels but most of all looks like a true American Chopper. The few people that will have the privilege to own such a motorcycle will have the guarantee of quality given by the name of Orange County Choppers.
