The design team that dreamed up the Bobber must surely be slapping each other on the ass right about now. They managed to cook up one of the sweetest rides on the roads today, and if you don't agree then obviously all your taste is in your mouth. Sales numbers don't lie, and Triumph->ke1864 sold more Bonneville->ke1865 Bobbers in the first 30 days after initial release than any other model it has made, ever. That's no mean feat given the history of the company, but I can't say I'm surprised, I've said for years that Harley-Davidson->ke300 should make a similar model based on the Sportster->ke1818 line, and I absolutely adore the Bobber, in fact, Triumph just wrapped up a North American event cleverly named the Bonneville Bobber Brutal Beauty Tour.

What's The Buzz?

“This is a great start to what is sure to be another retail record year for Triumph dealers in North America,” said Matt Sheahan, COO of Triumph Motorcycles America. “It’s been great giving fans a first look at these motorcycles during the Bonneville Bobber Brutal Beauty Tour and we’re excited to see that customers are as enthusiastic of our new motorcycles as we are. I’m one of a few Triumph employees that already bought a Bobber and I can’t wait to get home and ride it!”

This comes on the heels of the first quarterly financial report that shows sales are up 15 percent over 2016, and last year wasn't what you'd call a bad year by any stretch of the imagination as Triumph had all-time high sales. Damn, I knew I should have bought Triumph stock a few years ago while I had the spare cash.
