In keeping with the spirit of generosity, Triumph Motorcycles->ke1864 America has come out with an incentive program for current owners of Triumph motorcycles by offering as much as $1,000 worth of vouchers for every purchase of a new Triumph Cruiser model.

It’s a nice incentive to have if you’re an existing Triumph owner and you’re looking to replace your bike with something newer. Well, should that be the case, you’re in luck because the company’s looking to reward that kind of loyalty by making it a little easier for you to buy your new bike. You’re going to need your current registration or current insurance card of the Triumph motorcycle you have to be eligible for this promotion. If you have these documents with you, then you’re in luck. If not, well, now might be a good time to go looking for either one of them.

Remember, though, not every new model will come with a $1,000 voucher. There are some like the America, America LT, and Speedmaster that will only get a $500 voucher.

Most of Triumph’s other bikes, though, including the Thunderbird->ke3445, Thunderbird Commander, Thunderbird Commander LT, Thunderbird Storm, Rocket III, and Rocket III Touring, will come with the sweet $1,000 voucher.

Best be quick about deciding on that purchase, too, because the promotion is only available until August 31, 2015. For those of you who are already in the final steps towards making that plunge, this new promotion has come at a perfectly good time, hasn’t it?

As for those who are still in the decision-making process, act quickly or you might be left out of it.

Why it matters

Triumph is doing right by its current customers and rewarding their loyalty with these vouchers. That doesn’t mean that owners are required to use them, but knowing that they’re just there, waiting to be used, should be enough to at least entice a number of owners to use them.

Don’t sleep on these $1,000 vouchers too because they represent a decent amount of what owners would have to pay for their new Triumph bikes. Even the $500 vouchers for the America, America LT, and Speedmaster models are incredibly helpful for the customers.

I won’t be able to use any of these vouchers because I don’t own a Triumph motorcycle. But for those who do and are thinking about upgrading from their existing Triumph bikes, now’s a good time to do it if you want to take advantage of the opportunity to slash a significant amount off of the normal price for these machines.

These vouchers are being described as a loyalty reward, but we all know that they’re really more than that. This is about Triumph showing its customers and those who aren’t its customers that it has the pulse of the market and recognises the need to give back when the time and situation calls for it.

Good for the company for doing this; kind of makes me wonder if I should’ve been a loyal customer in the first place.
