For the longest time, MV Agusta->ke947 was tight-lipped about the development of the F4 RC. But now that the limited edition bike is finally out in the open, MV Agusta did what anybody in its position would; it milked the buzz and hype surrounding the F4 RC for all it’s worth, even coming up with a fashion video of sorts to highlight the bike’s features and capabilities, while also throwing in a nice tip of the hat to new company shareholder, Mercedes-Benz->ke187.

It’s also fitting that racer Leon Camier would star in this video. He does race for MV Agusta in the World Superbike Championship so if there is a racer to do it, it has to be him.

Anyway, the drama-infused video starts off with Camier behind the wheel of a Mercedes-Benz AMG GT, going to an unspecified location. Only seconds later do we see that Camier’s destination was actually a poorly-lit garage where the MV Agusta F4 RC was patiently. As soon as he gets out of the AMG GT, Camier makes a bee-line for the F4 RC after which the video turns into a full-on montage of the racing bike in action, spliced with scenes of Camier intensely inspecting every corner and crevice of the F4 RC.

At that point, the video begins to point out various features of the F4 RC, including the number of pounds MV Agusta saved on the F4 RC by using carbon fiber fairings, titanium bolts, and magnesium. Oh, and it also showed how much power - 212 horsepower - the bike has on tap and its weight - only 386 pounds - in race mode.

The video also announced that the MV Agusta F4 RC will be limited to just 250 units, with each unit coming with a certificate of authenticity signed by no less than MV Agusta CEO, Claudio Castiglioni.
