Compact, comfortable and versatile, the Hero Ignitor is a small displacement motorcycle powered by a 124,7 cc, air cooled , 4 - stroke single cylinder OHC, engine which delivers a maximum output of 8.20 kW ( 11 bhp ) at 8000 rpm and 11 Nm of torque at 5000 rpm. The new generation 125cc ATFT engine offers a high level of efficiency and is linked to a 5 Speed constant mesh transmission with multiplate wet clutch.
The motorcycle rides on 17 inch wheels wrapped in 80/100 x 17 - M/C 46 P front and 100/90 x 17 - M/C 55P rear Tubeless Tyres. The stopping power is handed by front and rear disc brakes that measure 240 mm and 130 mm, respectively.
Other features worthy of being mentioned include a tubular frame, a 9.0 liter fuel tank and a 175 mm ground clearance.
