The Bavaria Vision 46 has been designed to deliver a high level of comfort even when a long journey waits ahead of you.

The yacht can transport in full comfort up to four guests, is available with either 2 or thee cabins and there are also offered plenty of user options both above and below the deck.

The Bavaria Vision 46 is propelled by Volvo Penta D2-55 engines which are fueled by a 210 liters fuel tank. For enhanced maneuverability, the yacht is fitted with modern TRIM and DOCK CONTROL systems. The first is based on powerful electric winches that can pull and ease the sails in a controlled manner. On the other hand, the Dock Control system features a joystick to control the engine as well as bow and stern thrusters.

Envision Life at Sea With 2 or 3 Cabins

A VISION 46 makes this come true. She has been designed for people who want to stay on their yacht for long periods of time without compromising any luxury – at least, none that is technically possible on a yacht.

The VISION 46 has a nearly inexhaustible potential of user options – above or below deck, for two people alone or with up to four guests.

Quality

BAVARIA has its own team to perform active quality control – our Integrated Quality Control Management team. This department not only monitors the quality of the BAVARIA at every stage of the production process, but relentlessly and minutely scrutinises every task with a view to continuously optimising processes. The men and women of the Integrated Quality Control Management team are already a part of the process when the design and production team start designing a new BAVARIA. Every step is predetermined and documented, from the first laminate to the last polish before delivery. In the end there is a substantial record for each BAVARIA. This file documents how the required quality is checked at each stage of construction of a BAVARIA. The result is an exemplary production process that forms the basis for certification by Germanischer Lloyd, successfully achieved for all BAVARIA yachts.

Cockpit layout

The companionway from the cockpit to the saloon of the VISION 46 is moved to starboard in the deck assembly, which opens up new possibilities for the cockpit layout. The electrically retractable cockpit table combines with the L-shaped bench seat to port on the VISION 46 to form a unique deck area for an invigorating day of sailing or relaxing while at anchor in a beautiful bay. And when you enjoy your breakfast in the cockpit of the VISION 46 with a party of guests, it offers the same comfortable seating as in the saloon – but just in the sun.

Interior visions

Owners of a VISION 46 are invited to envision anything they want. The 2-cabin versions with a luxurious owner’s cabin with private wet room – or a writing and dressing table if preferred – could be one such vision. Another could perhaps be to have your VISION 46 with three cabins, which would give you a second cabin for guests, in addition to the generous guest cabin aft. Or perhaps you would prefer to use this area as a gigantic storage space for keeping equipment handy for recreational fun besides sailing. There is no limit to the visions and the possibilities.

Trim and Dock Control

The aim of the TRIM and DOCK CONTROL systems developed by BAVARIA is to make it possible to sail a yacht of this size with a small crew fast and manoeuvre her safely to any berth in the harbour. The TRIM CONTROL system is based on powerful electric winches that can not only pull the sails tight but also ease them in a controlled manner. A VISION 46 with TRIM CONTROL is turned with the press of a button, not by human power. In the harbour, DOCK CONTROL ensures precise manoeuvring of the VISION 46. Using a joystick, the engine as well as bow and stern thrusters are controlled and make mooring a breeze.
