If there was something the Frankfurt Motor Show missed, it definitely was not tuning packages. TechArt, Hamann, Brabus, and Alpina, among others, all came out to play. AC Schnitzer was also there with not one, but two impressive packages: the 1-Series M Coupe and the second kit based on the BMW 6-Series Convertible.

For the 6-Series Convertible, the tuner is offering a performance upgrade that will increase the V8’s engine output from 407 to a whopping 540 HP. With the extra 133 HP, the BMW will sprint from 0 to 60 mph in 4.4 seconds, a 0.5 second improvement from the standard 4.9 seconds.

This power increase has been combined with a twin sports rear silencer with chromed "Sport Trim" tailpipe trims, an 8-pot high performance brake system for the front, and an AC Schnitzer suspension spring kit.

For the exterior, the tuner is offering a new front spoiler, a chromed front grille and chrome decor strips, a rear skirt insert, and loading lip protection film. Then there’s the new set of 21" Type VIII forged alloy wheel in BiColor to round out the look from the outside. The interior gets covered in a matte space grey, and benefits from a sports airbag steering wheel, an AC Schnitzer "Black Line" aluminum cover for the i-Drive system controller, and AC Schnitzer aluminum foot rests and pedals.

The engine that this convertible had is I think quite good enough for this one, and I also noticed that it had a cool wheel which the first thing I noticed about it and I have to agree with them that it is already looking great on its body paint.

I love convertible cars but this one looks the same to me. Old design, to be clear. Its not boring but this is not new to my eyes. Though I love how they put the wheel design on it.

Well, it doesn’t like boring color, for me, it is a style used to make it plain and minimal but still look simply a luxury car. Maybe if you don’t like the color choice that’s it make it seem to bore or ugly to you.

Sorry to say but the body paint that they used seems to bore though it also gave some boyish and macho image on it. And I also was so fond on its wheels.

I either, I’m impressed with the wheels of this convertible car, but I must say that the design on the front of this is not so cool, and I found it a boring one.

The wheels seem so cool. I love its design smiley even the design on the fronts and its car lines gives the perfect looks on its, and the engine is I think quite impressive for a convertible car.

BMW still remains the elegant yet advance features and design of their cars. Perhaps the only edge of BMW is their powerful engines and with the combination of corporate and sporty themed cars.
