Alfa Romeo announced the new Giulia and Stelvio ‘6C Villa d’Este’ - two editions built on the maker's priceless heritage. Both models are a tribute to the 6C 2500 SS Coupé model produced by Alfa Romeo in the 1940s - a model that won the "“Referendum Grand Prix" prize during the 1949 edition of the Concorso d’Eleganza di Villa d’Este.

What makes the Alfa Romeo Giulia and Stelvio ‘6C Villa d’Este’ Special?

The most important feature of the two new special editions is the three-layer Etna red paintwork - a reference to the paint used in 1949. The Stelvio rides on five-hole lightweight 21-inch alloy wheels, while for the Giulia the company opted for 19-inch wheels. Another distinctive feature is the chrome-plated side window frames.

The models equipped with an automatic transmission offer as standard equipment aluminium steering column shift paddles. Also, as standard equipment, all models offer:

The Giulia is offered with a choice of two engines. There is a 2.2-liter turbo diesel engine with 190 horsepower and a 2.0-liter turbo gasoline engine that delivers 200 horsepower. Both engines are offered with RWD. As for the Stelvio, Alfa Romeo is only offering a choice of two diesel engines. The first one, a 2.2-liter turbo delivers 210 horsepower, and the second one, a 2.0-liter turbo, delivers 280 horsepower. All Stelvio models are offered with AWD system.
