The Audi SQ8 isn’t the most violent version of Audi’s Q8 SUV lineup. That spot is reserved for the RS Q8. But the SQ8 TDI is potent enough in its own way, and when you get the involvement of noted Audi tuner ABT Sportsline, the result is a face-mashing performance SUV that produces enough torque to make the range-topping RS Q8 feel redundant. The German tuner’s new program for the SQ8 SUV is a masterclass in the art of tuning upgrades. It comes with subtle but important exterior and interior upgrades that complement the power and performance gains that also come with the whole package. The tuning kit is specced specifically for the SQ8 TDI so if that’s your thing, you shouldn’t miss out on this program. If you prefer the gas-powered version that lacks the low revs and fake exhausts, you might as well just wait for the Audi RS Q8 to arrive towards the end of the year. Either way, it’s a can’t-lose proposition.
This Widebody Audi A1 Sportback is a Thing of Dreams
Anyone who knows ABT Sportsline knows that the German tuner isn’t the type to roll out tuning programs that border on obscenity. It’s not Mansory. It’s not TopCar. Heck, it’s not even Brabus. ABT Sportsline sits on the more refined side of the tuning fence, but every so often, it’s not afraid to let it’s hair down and go stir crazy. Such episodes can result in something like this: a “1of1” wide-body Audi A1 that’s going to make Tony Stark blush with envy. There’s absolutely nothing that’s refined about this particular Audi A1. It’s the kind of program you’re more likely to see at SEMA than at the Geneva Motor Show. There’s nothing wrong about it, though, and, in some ways, it speaks to a wild side that ABT Sportsline rarely gets to show. Judging by how raunchy this A1 looks, we’re not opposed to seeing ABT Sportsline’s alter ego more often.

LUMMA may not be as popular as ABT, Brabus, or AC Schnitzer, but this German tuning house sure knows how to grab attention. The LUMMA Design team has laid its hands on arguably the most premium-feel SUV available on the market today, the Audi Q8, and has gone berserk with it. The bold exterior design that the team has given to this rather smart-looking SUV will definitely draw polarizing opinions. Under the CLR 8S moniker, LUMMA has recreated this flagship SUV from the ‘Lord of the Rings’ in a way that is making it difficult for us to comprehend. Do we like it? Definitely not. Do we hate it? Well, let’s talk about that.
2019 Audi RS3 Hatchback by ABT Sportsline
Eight years ago, Audi unveiled the RS3 to a lot of fanfare. It was Ingolstadt’s contribution to the growing popularity of hot hatches that has since taken on a life of its own. Now, it’s 2019 and the RS3 continues to hold the fort for Audi as a 400-horsepower ”Pocket Hercules.” But suppose there was a way to give this Hercules more muscle? Would that be something you’d be interested in? If your answer is “yes,” then might I introduce you to ABT Sportsline’s latest work of art, a performance-centric tuning program designed to give the RS3’s 2.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine more power than what it’s already capable of producing. In a segment where a model like the Mercedes-AMG A 45 can roll out a 416-horsepower four-banger fresh from the production line, the current RS3 is going to need as much help as it can get to stave off the competition. ABT Sportsline, as it turns out, is here to save the day.

Armored cars come in a variety of shapes and sizes, but rarely do they come with a 202-mph top speed. This particular Audi RS7 is one such example, and it’s probably the coolest Audi you’ll ever see. Such platitudes come with a great deal of expectation, but you won’t have to worry about this particular RS7 meeting — and exceeding — those expectations. It’s called the AddArmor APR RS7, and it was built to withstand heavy artillery and embarrass any fool who thinks they can take this car on in a drag race.
The AddArmor APR RS7 is the brainchild of Wisconsin-based specialty car builder AddArmor. As the company’s name so obviously implies, AddArmore specializes in comprehensive armor upgrades for vehicles. Every so often, though, the specialist goes the extra mile by enlisting the help of a performance tuner to truly spice up its creations. The result of this ambitious endeavor is the AddArmor APR RS7, one of the few cars in the world that can withstand a heavy artillery assault, look oh-so fine doing it, and blast off to 202 mph without breaking much of a sweat.

The Audi Q8, another one in a long line of coupe-bodied luxury SUVs, was launched this year and has now been given the ABT Sportsline treatment. The end result is subtle but, as a house tuner for Audi, ABT knew how to churn out every ounce of performance out of the Q8.
The Q8, which is categorized as a mid-size luxury coupe SUV, is an alternative to the Cayenne or the X7. It’s the first model designed by Audi’s new chief of design, Marc Lichte, and arrived with a choice of two V-6 engines: a 3.0-liter twin-scroll turbocharged gas engine and a 3.0-liter diesel.
Now, ABT took it upon themselves to improve, aesthetically as well as mechanically, the Q8. What they’ve unveiled is a great example of the ’less is more’ ideology: the car doesn’t have a widebody or particularly flashy add-ons but makes a strong statement nonetheless. Having said that, ABT announced that a new aero kit for the Q8 is in the works.

Bugatti Chiron-rivaling insane. I’m not freaking joking as just the other day an old Audi S4 B5 was filmed in Germany rushing to hit the half-mile mark. Clawing its way with all four tires that barely keep it on the ground and the straight line, this particular Audi S4 B5 has a masterfully tuned engine that delivers an insane 1,442 horsepower. Or apparently, 1,442 horsepower, because my reason does not allow me to believe everything I hear on the Internet.
Nevertheless, the half-mile run during which this wagon achieved 190 mph suggests that 1,442 horsepower may just be right.

ABT Sportsline is dialing up its aftermarket upgrade for theAudi RS5 by offering an engine upgrade program that was previously exclusive only to the limited edition RS5-R package. The new power upgrade is part of a comprehensive tuning kit that also includes changes to the RS5’s aesthetics and suspension. The result is a high-performance coupé rocking carbon fiber bits with a new 2.9-liter bi-turbo V-6 engine that now produces 510 horsepower and an improved suspension that paves the way for optimized driving dynamics.

ABT has reworked on the Q2’s most powerful petrol and diesel engines to give us a true road-runner.

As far as compact SUVs go, the Audi SQ5 feels like a textbook example of how to make cars. It’s sleek, sophisticated, and somehow looks like an Apple phone - clean and just right. Making something wacky out of it requires some thinking and creativity. In this case, Lumma, a German tuning company, took it upon itself to craft a customization package trying to awaken the buried raw character hidden behind its SQ5 badge.

After a short teasing campaign, the German tuner Abt revealed their newest work of art. Actually, “work of mad.” Based on top of the already frighteningly fast Audi RS6, Abt showcased the RS6-E Hybrid Concept, a car featuring a 4.0-liter, twin-turbocharged, V-8 and a freaking 288 horsepower electric motor strapped to the transmission.
Please welcome the first hyper-wagon with 1,004 horsepower. Of course, it had to be an Audi.
John Olsson’s New Ride is A Two-Faced RS6 With Sinister Intentions
Jon Olsson is known for his love of cars and owning some of the most desirable custom-built exotics in the world. The Swedish alpine ski racer is particularly fond of the Audi RS6 Avant. He once owned a heavily tuned RS6 Avant that met an untimely end when it was stolen and burned to a crisp. Not one to be unnerved by the circumstances that befell his ride, Olsson bought a new RS6 Avant before turning it over to ABT Sportsline for a little tuning job. The result is the Audi RS6 Phoenix.
2018 Audi RS3 By ABT Sportsline
ABT Sportsline is no stranger to working on performance vehicles of German origin and ahead of the 2018 Essen Motor Show, it’s releasing its latest piece de resistance with a kit for the Audi RS3. The kit is available for both sedan and sportback versions of the RS3 and is packing an assortment of different accessories covering the car’s exterior, interior, drivetrain, and suspension.
The result of ABT’s work on the RS3 gives Audi’s performance sedan a whole new personality. Not that it needs one, but there is something to be said for a car like the RS3 that doesn’t get enough attention as it should. The Audi, after all, has to deal with both the BMW M3 and the Mercedes-AMG C63, two of the most established German performance vehicles in the market today. It’s more than capable of holding its own even without the assistance of ABT Sportsline, but if you own an RS3, this king of aftermarket package is one of those offerings that’s going to be hard to turn down. In the end, improvements come in many forms, and in the case of the RS3, there’s enough of them from this program to justify a good long look at the kit.

2017 Audi RS5 Coupe RS500 By Manhart Racing
Manhart Racing is known for creating some incredible tuning programs in the past, most recently turning the BMW M5 into an 800-horsepower powerhouse. Now the German tuner is turning its sights on the Audi RS5 with a new program that packs plenty of aftermarket punch. Ok, maybe it’s not as potent as the M5’s kit, but it’s still good enough to bring some extra level of excitement to Audi’s resident mid-size performance coupe.
In keeping with Manhart Racing’s tradition, the aptly named RS500 tuning program is packing the load with power and performance bits. It also features a number of handy visual upgrades in case you’re in the mood to turn your RS5s into something that looks right at home in the Fast and Furious franchise. But enough of the small talk. The RS500 program is largely tied into the objective of giving the Audi RS5 more than what it’s capable of. It’s about giving the RS5 the chance to maximize its potential as a performance car. It’s about turning the spotlight to arguably one of the most underrated performance cars in the market today. Give it some cosmetic upgrades, slap on a few engine upgrades, and dial up the suspension work. That’s the name of Manhart Racing’s RS500 tuning game and the results, well, they certainly speak for themselves. So if any of you own an Audi RS5 and you’re looking to give it an aftermarket touch, you’re going to need to take a long and hard look at what Manhart Racing has on the table.

2017 Audi R8 V10 By ABT Sportsline
For all of the warts the Audi R8 V10 has - limited storage and ridiculously high price tag, and others – the German supercar has proven to be one of the best all-around performance machines in the market today. It’s got a true sports car look to it and that screaming V-10 engine makes sweet, sweet music to the ears. It’s also become an aftermarket favorite, which speaks to the versatility of the car to stand on its own, while also having enough room for modifications of aesthetic and performance varieties. The R8’s appeal to the tuning industry is evident by the number of programs it has received. And at least one of them will be making an appearance at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show.
This, ladies and gentlemen, is the Audi R8 V10 by ABT Sportsline and in the tradition of previous programs for the German supercar, this kit comes packing with gobbles and gobbles of features, including a performance upgrade that nets an output of 630 horsepower, 20 ponies more than its standard counterpart.
More power, less weight. That, in a nutshell, is the German tuner’s objective with its R8 program is simple. There’s something to be said for four simple words to mean so much more than the sum of their parts, but that’s exactly what we’re dealing with here. The kit, when described individually by their parts, isn’t going to blow anybody’s expectations out of the water. But all together, they help create a version of the R8 V10 that’s well worth the attention it will no doubt receive, not only in Geneva, but in all roads where they’re spotted.
That’s a lot of praise going to ABT Sportsline for its new tuning program for the Audi R8 V10, but for a company that’s been around for 120 years in some form or fashion, it’s hard to expect anything less.

2017 Audi TT RS-R by ABT Sportsline
The story of the Audi TT RS dates back to 2009 when it was conceived to serve as the range-topping variant of the automaker’s family of TT sports cars. Eight years and a generation change later, the TT RS remains as the embodiment of Audi performance mixed in with an affordable price tag. Yes, there’s the R8 supercar now too, but those bad boys easily fetch six figures in base form. The TT, for all intents and purposes, has served as Audi’s everyman sports car, and the TT RS is becoming the most desirable of the lot.
It’s only fitting, then, that just months after the new-generation Audi TT RS officially made its debut at the 2016 Beijing Auto Show, the first in what will inevitably end up being a long list of tuning programs for the sports car will make its debut at the 2017 Geneva Motor Show. This program, which is dubbed the TT RS-R, comes by way of ABT Sportsline, who you may know for its laundry list of available tuning kits for models wearing the four rings badge.
The German tuner knows its Audis the same way LeBron James knows basketball, so it’s no surprise that it’s initial offering for the TT RS comes with a load of upgrades. But none are more important than power gains to the car’s new 2.5-liter turbocharged five-cylinder engine, which bring power to 500 horsepower and 420 pound-feet of torque.
The power gains are impressive, but seeing as this is ABT Sportsline we’re talking about here, there’s more to this TT RS program than raunchy power and neck-straining performance. Exterior upgrades are available, and they are aplenty. Same thing with updates on the interior, which count as a lot considering that all the work put into that section was taken cared of by ABT Individual, the tuner’s very own in-house personalization division.
Sadly, there is a caveat to ABT’s TT RS-R, and that’s quantity. The tuner, for one reason or another, decided to build only 50 examples of the program, making it that much more exclusive and a lot harder to get. The good news is that according to ABT, individual components of the program are available for conversions. So if you don’t get the full TT RS-R experience, there are other ways to get, well, some parts of it.
