We fully understand the sense of irony with the name Romeo Ferraris and the cars that they work on, but nevertheless, it doesn’t take away from the quality of work they’ve done over the years.

Fresh off their works on the Smart ForTwo, the Abarth 500, and the Audi RS6, the Italian aftermarket company is turning its attention on a pair of high-powered German SUVs in the form of the BMW X5M and the BMW X6M.
In this instance, Romeo Ferraris prepared a conversion kit for both the X5M and the X6M, and the 4.4-liter twin-turbo V8 engine they come in. The first step of the kit involves reprogramming their ECU systems, bumping up the output to 604 horsepower and 574 lb/ft of torque - up from the standard 555 horsepower and 501 lb/ft of torque it comes in. The next step after that is mapping and adding a pair of optional central terminals and sports matches. This upgrade further bumps up the SUVs output to a staggering 655 horsepower and 638 lb/ft of torque.

On top of the engine upgrade, Romeo Ferraris is also offering an enhanced braking system that comes with 6-piston front calipers, 380 x 32 mm discs, and 4 piston rear discs 380 × 28 mm, as well as an exterior and interior customization program that features outdoor films available in a number of options - carbon effect, opaque, or colored - and an interior that can be dressed up with either leather or Alcantara with matching Romeo Ferraris sports pedals to boot.

I wonder why they have modified a SUV for they are expert on upgrading a smaller version of car. However, I was impressed with the boost on its power engine.

Well, its a good thing that they have included a upgrade on the engine! Well, I think there’s no more thing to modified on the exterior for it already looks so awesome because of the M package.

Nice, I never thought that Romeo Ferraris is as good working with SUV as working with smaller cars they were really able to come up with great packages for these cars.

Well, this must be an astounding brand of project. Its a very interesting of hybrid that soon to be popularized with its good concept.

As far as I know, they have yet to do that one. But it would really be an interesting project if they would indeed push through with that one.

Just a though, have they done a Ferrari yet? It would be interesting to see what they would do with that one, and the headline would go Ferrari by Romeo Ferrari.

Well, I do believe that x6 is growing slowly so I’m not sure if I could appreciate this car. However, I have saw this car for the first time and I would say that it s bigger than I expected.

I like the x6 it really stand out. And I think the tuning made by Romeo Ferrari’s is quite impressive since the normal output of supercharged engine is around 500 hp.

I must say that these teasers are really not all that impressive. But that doesn’t mean that I don’t like the results. In fact I would probably be surpris3ed.
