BMW->ke178 Abu Dhabi is quite the busy bee nowadays. The company's main division in the United Arab Emirates is not just selling Bimmers like hotcakes, it is also building large amounts of bespoke vehicles for its customers. Abu Dhabi is known as a metropolis with a massive thirst for luxurious->ke505 and custom means of transportation -- and even supercars->ke177 turned police cars for that matter -- and BMW is among the many companies supplying such creations. We've already seen a specially tailored M3->ke2366 and M235i leave the showroom floor in October 2014 with numerous M Performance accessories and Individual paint jobs, but those were just the tip of the iceberg.

BMW Abu Dhabi is now showcasing yet another custom rig, this time around based on the fast and luxurious M6 Gran Coupe. Needless to say, the four-door coupe surpasses both the M3 and the M235i we saw earlier this month in terms visual and mechanical enhancements. In fact, I will even go as far as to say this is the most beefed-up Bimmer the dealership has delivered so far. That's because it is more than just a factory-tuned vehicle, but an aftermarket project altogether. Read on to find out why.

BMW M6 Gran Coupe Java Green in detail

Due to the numerous options available through BMW's Individual program, the M6 Gran Coupe -- and any other Bavarian creation for that matter -- can be equipped with various features, to the extent that each order is unique in its own way. This Java Green coupe is more than that. It seems the customer who ordered this machine wasn't happy enough with what the Individual program had to offer, so BMW Abu Dhabi had to reach out for a host of aftermarket parts from various tuners.

The M6 looks heavily modified up front, and that's far from shocking considering the stock hood has been ditched in favor of a carbon-fiber piece from Manhart, while the lower apron receives a carbon-fiber splitter crafted by Kelleners. The third company name to find its way on this Gran Coupe is Akrapovic. We are of course talking about a new exhaust system that includes a titanium unit with carbon-fiber tips. Additionally, the four-door coupe is equipped with a trunk spoiler, a rear diffuser, and a new set of mirrors, all made from carbon fiber and supplied by the company's M Performance division. Rounding off the exterior is the stunning Java Green paint job this one-off, special-edition model is named after.

The extensive exterior modifications are complemented by a few interior add-ons, although the cabin is rather subdued compared to the rest of the car. The Bimmer got a new steering wheel wrapped in Alcantara and a new pedal set, both provided by M Performance.

The Java Green coupe is even more spectacular under the hood, where the familiar 4.4-liter V-8 roars with no less than 754 horsepower at its disposal. That's a massive 194-pony improvement over the stock model, and a sure ticket to a 0-to-60-mph sprint of less than 3.5 seconds. Unfortunately, there's no info as to what updates have been operated to summon this immense output, but whoever did it, deserves a big round of applause.

BMW M6 Gran Coupe

BMW launched the 6 Series Gran Coupe for the 2012 model year as a four-door slotted right below the 7 Series executive. Essentially a four-door version of the 6 Series, the Gran Coupe rides on a stretched version of coupe's platform and also shares the front and rear fascias of the two-door. The same applied to the M6 Gran Coupe, which arrived for the 2013 model year as a four-door version of the M6 Coupe.

Power is provided by BMW's tried-and-true, 4.4-liter, V-8 mill, which is rated at 560 horsepower at 6,000 rpm and 502 pound-feet of torque delivered from 1,500 rpm. The M6 Gran Coupe needs only 4.1 seconds to sprint from naught to 60 mph and hits an electronically limited top speed of 155 mph. The luxury coupe is priced from $116,150.
