What's different on the 2022 BMW M135i xDrive?
We will start with what hasn't been changed in the M135i xDrive: the engine. The car keeps the same turbocharged 2.0-liter inline-four engine that delivers a total of 306 horsepower and 332 pound-feet of torque. The engine is mated to the same eight-speed automatic transmission and sends its power to all four wheels.
The M135i xDrive will also benefit from a mechanical limited-slip differential at the front axle, which enhances traction and directional stability along with agility and cornering dynamics.
And, one of the most interesting updates offered by the M135i comes on the inside.
The model can also be ordered with a new lineup of exterior colors, including the M paint shade Sao Paulo Yellow non-metallic, as well as the Frozen Orange metallic and Frozen Pure Grey finishes.
As standard, the M135i xDrive rides on 18-inch M light-alloy wheels, but 19-inch light-alloy wheels, in a variety of designs, are offered as an option.
