2021 Bugatti Divo Lady Bug

2021 Bugatti Divo Lady Bug

Despite all the expertise and experience in creating bespoke models, Bugatti nearly quit mid-way given how complex the pattern work on this Divo was

When you’re the carmaker equivalent of Scrooge McDuck in terms of money, you can do just about anything; case in point being this gentleman who commissioned Bugatti to paint the Divo with ladybug-esque spots! It is way more complex than it sounds and the French automaker nearly backed out of the whole project. But, after a year and a half, they managed to successfully execute it and deliver the car to the customer.

2013 Bugatti Veyron Vivere by Mansory

2013 Bugatti Veyron Vivere by Mansory

It’s understandable that Bugatti’s Veyron Grand Sport Vitesse Rembrandt Bugatti Edition will get a lot of the love at the Geneva Motor Show. But don’t start thinking that it’s the only Veyron in attendance because Mansory won’t have any of it.

That’s because the Swiss tuner brought its own Veyron to the party, or to be more specific, its new Vivere program for the mighty Bugatti supercar.

This isn’t the first time Bugatti has been the subject of Mansory’s tender love and affection. But unlike its predecessor, the Vincero, the Vivere is, shall we say, a little more comprehensive on the facelift front, even if there’s a conspicuous absence of any sort of engine upgrade.

Maybe Mansory forgot to add one, or it just thought the program was best suited for aesthetic and aerodynamic upgrades only. Either way, it sure does liven up the Veyron, even if "livening up the Veyron" doesn’t necessarily translate to a better program.

Video: Beautiful baby-blue chrome Bugatti Veyron Centenaire snapped in London

Video: Beautiful baby-blue chrome Bugatti Veyron Centenaire snapped in London

Summer in London, England just wouldn’t be complete without a selection of insane supercars cruising through the busy streets with herds of ‘car spotters’ following their every move. Thanks to Shmee150, we can bring you what is arguably the most unique Bugatti Veyron Centenaire you’ll ever see.

As a standalone car limited to just four units, the Bugatti Veyron Centenaire was produced in a range of four colors to help celebrate the racing histories of four different European nations. Despite the fact that the Centenaire looks incredible completely stock, the lucky owner of this example actually fitted it with a blue-chrome wrap and blacked-out wheels to help create the incredible work-of-art you see.

On top of that, the side windows and windscreen have been heavily tinted to help accentuate the beautiful blue wrap. As a result of this, we’d argue that this is quite a tasteful color choice and not overkill in anyway, unlike this gold-wrapped Lamborghini Aventador LP700-4.

So would you cruise the streets of London in this beast?

2012 Bugatti Veyron Sang Gemballa Blue by Gemballa Racing and Cam Shaft

2012 Bugatti Veyron Sang Gemballa Blue by Gemballa Racing and Cam Shaft

Gemballa Racing’s McLaren MP4-12C GT3 had its racing baptismal at the German ADAC GT Masters Series and as a way of paying tribute to their very first racing machines, Gemballa decided to commission the help of the fine folks over at Cam Shaft for a special dress up on a Bugatti Veyron Sang Noir.

The unique wrap made by Cam Shaft gave the Veyron Sang Noir a pretty intense look, combining Gemballa’s noted blue color trim with glow-in-the-dark lightning graphics and matching brand logos plastered all around the car. The specially-wrapped Veyron Sang Noir doesn’t carry any performance modifications because the car only served the purpose of being a promo vehicle for the Gemballa’s new racing team.

Whether they have plans of building a Veyron race car in the future, though, is a totally different subject...

As a quick tangent to the guys over at Cam Shaft, you might recall some of their previous offerings, particularly the Lamborghini Koi Camouflage, which we showed you in November 2011.

2011 Bugatti Veyron "Chrome Red" by Dartz

2011 Bugatti Veyron "Chrome Red" by Dartz

Somewhere in Latvia, the minds over at Dartz are probably hunkered down in their shops looking for new ways to come out with some of the world’s most eccentric works.

Regarded as an aftermarket tuning company that has produced some off-the-wall projects, including the Prombron Nagel and the Iron Diamond, Dartz is back at it with a new program specifically for one of the world’s fastest cars, theBugatti Veyron.

Without proper regard for fine taste and clear aesthetics, Dartz went out and turned this Veyron into a screaming chrome red fireball that immediately draws attention to itself, as if the Veyron doesn’t already do that on its own.

We’ve seen a lot of re-styled paint finishes on the Veyron before - some gaudier than others - but never have we seen something shine in bloodshot red before. The mere fact that it comes with a quad-turbocharged W16 engine that dispenses 1,001 horsepower and a top speed of 260 mph seems to sit a little farther at the back of our minds at this point.

Check out the video of the "Chrome Red" Veyron by Dartz and tell us if that screams attention just by the mere sight of it.

2010 Bugatti Veyron 16.4 by MANSORY

2010 Bugatti Veyron 16.4 by MANSORY

With hand-crafted carbon fiber pieces and an LED “V” in the front bumper, the Bugatti Veyron LINEA Vincerò by Mansory was one sweet looking ride. Its tremendous power bursting with 1109hp wasn’t anything to frown upon either. Now, however, the LINEA Vincerò has just gotten a more impressive younger brother and this sibling is packing some serious style.

Following in the Bugatti Veyron LINEA Vincerò’s footsteps is the Bugatti Veyron 16.4 LINEA Vincerò d’Oro, which adds a special golden touch to the vehicle’s styling. It starts off with a carbon fabric with inbuilt copper thread and moves throughout the car with “turbine” design alloy wheels, a curved grill featuring the “Vincerò-V”, door handles, rear view mirror caps, and the fuel tank cap all dressed in a golden glow. Adding to the shimmering state of the Bugatti are gold headlight washer nozzle covers, gold borders around the daytime running LEDs, and gold decorative features on the roof.

We kind of wish we could say that was it, but there’s more. So much more.

JUN Veyron Top Speed Car - designed to hit 500 km/h!

JUN Veyron Top Speed Car - designed to hit 500 km/h!

A while ago the Ultimate Aero SSC smashed Bugatti’s Veyron world speed record for production cars. If the old record was 407 km/h, the Aero was able to hit a top seed of 411 km/h. Of course this made Bugatti angry! And until they will be able to come with something faster, the tuning companies are trying to come with an idea!

We are talking in here about the first private tuning over a Veyron. The Jun Veyron now has a maximum power of 1413 hp!!! And is designed to hit a top speed of 500 km/h (310 mph!!!).

The first attempt to smash the world record will be made on April 7, and even if the Jun Veyron will not be a;be to hit a top speed of 500 km/h, engineers are more than sure it will hit more than 411 km/h.

Stay tuned!
