The 2008 Toyota Tundra was named Motor’s Trend Truck of the year winning in front if cars like Ford F-150, Chevrolet Silverado or Dodge RAM. After days of testing, Motor Trend comes to a conclusion: "The new Toyota Tundra is now ready to take on any American-made pickup truck — on all levels."

According to the magazine, the new Tundra is one of the biggest, strongest, and most capable vehicles in the segment. The Tundra represents one of the most highly anticipated new vehicle launches in many years — car or truck.

toyota has no competition.
overseas quality has finally hit the truck market hard.... i drive a 05 tundra and i love it. only suggestion is to work on fuel consumption, the new tundras appearance does not appeal to me, looks too much like a ram. as for quality there is no better truck, plain and simple.
