Nissan announced today pricing for the 2010 Frontier, Pathfinder and Xterra. All three models are now on sale.

Prices for the 2010 Nissan Frontier start at $17,540 for the Frontier XE King Cab I4 4x2 with manual transmission and $22,290 for the Frontier SE Crew Cab V6 4x2 with manual transmission. There are a total of 13 available Frontier King Cab and 14 available Frontier Crew Cab models.

Prices for the Pathfinder range from $27,440 for the Pathfinder 4x2 S FE+ with 4.0-liter V6 engine and automatic transmission to $42,160 for the Pathfinder 4x4 LE-V8 with automatic transmission.

The Nissan Xterra has a starting price of $22,450 for the Xterra 4x2 X with 4.0-liter V6 and manual transmission, while the Xterra 4x4 X with V6 and manual transmission is $24,500.

Nissan North America, Inc. (NNA) today announced pricing for the new 2010 Nissan Frontier mid-size pickup and Pathfinder and Xterra SUVs, which are on sale now at Nissan retailers nationwide.  Each vehicle offers a number of significant enhancements for the new model year.

Manufacturer’s Suggested Retail Prices* (MSRP) for the 2010 Nissan Frontier start at $17,540 for the Frontier XE King Cab I4 4x2 with manual transmission and $22,290 for the Frontier SE Crew Cab V6 4x2 with manual transmission.  There are a total of 13 available Frontier King Cab and 14 available Frontier Crew Cab models.  In addition to King Cab and Crew Cab body styles, available configurations include a choice of 4x2 and 4x4, 2.5-liter inline 4-cylinder (King Cab 4x2 only) or 4.0-liter V6 engines, manual or automatic transmissions, regular or long beds (Crew Cab only) and XE, SE, LE and PRO-4X trim levels.

The 2010 Nissan Pathfinder is offered in a range of three 4x2 and four 4x4 models, including a powerful 5.6-liter V8-equipped LE V8.  Pathfinder MSRPs range from $27,440 for the Pathfinder 4x2 S FE+ with 4.0-liter V6 engine and automatic transmission to $42,160 for the Pathfinder 4x4 LE-V8 with automatic transmission.

About the 2010 Nissan Frontier


The 2010 Nissan Frontier continues to offer an exceptional level of on- and off-road performance with the use of a 4.0-liter DOHC V6 engine with horsepower, torque, towing and payload specifications that are second-to-none in the mid-size truck class.  A 152-horsepower 2.5-liter inline 4-cylinder engine is also available (King Cab 4x2 only).  With its strong performance, combined with good fuel mileage (17 city, 21 highway, King Cab 2WD), the Frontier is a fitting truck for work or play. Frontier is offered in both King Cab and Crew Cab body styles and in 4x2 and 4x4 driveline configurations.

Revisions for 2010 include standard side and curtain air bags on all models (4-cylinder and V6-equipped models), standard Vehicle Dynamic Control (VDC) on all V6-equipped models, Hill Start Assist and Hill Descent Control now standard on all SE and LE 4WD automatic transmission-equipped models, and 2-wheel or 4-wheel Active Brake Limited Slip (ABLS) added as standard for all SE and LE V6 models.  In addition, one new exterior color, Night Armor, is added to the range of available Frontier colors.

About the 2010 Nissan Pathfinder


The 2010 Nissan Pathfinder is available in Pathfinder S V6, Pathfinder SE V6, Pathfinder LE V6 and Pathfinder LE V8 (4x4 only).  Along with a choice of V6 or V8 engines and 2-wheel or 4-wheel drive, the refined Pathfinder interior offers a range of amenities, including available leather-appointed seating, heated steering wheel, Nissan Intelligent Key™ with twist start, Nissan Navigation System with 9.3GB Music Box Hard Drive, Bluetooth® Hands-free Phone System, XM® Satellite Radio (XM® subscription required, sold separately) and RearView Monitor.

Pathfinder’s 5.6-liter DOHC V8 engine is rated at 310 horsepower and 388 lb-ft of torque, which helps it to achieve 7,000 lbs of maximum towing capacity.  Also available is Pathfinder’s proven 266-horsepower 4.0-liter version of the award-winning Nissan VQ-series V6 engine.  All Pathfinders continue to be built on a high-strength, fully boxed, all-steel frame based on the full-size Nissan Armada SUV.

Revisions to the 2010 Pathfinder include a standard moonroof on Pathfinder LE V6, standard navigation system on Pathfinder LE V8 and simplified exterior and interior color combinations.  Also, a new LE V8 Value Package featuring DVD player, 7-inch color monitor for rear passengers and moonroof, and a new SE Premium Journey Package, featuring 17-inch machined aluminum-alloy wheels, RearView Monitor, roof rack crossbars, 10-speaker Bose® audio system, XM® Satellite Radio (XM® subscription required, sold separately), Bluetooth® and Intelligent Key are offered.  One new exterior color, Dark Slate, has been added.

About the 2010 Nissan Xterra


For 2010, Xterra is again available in four well-equipped models – X, S, Off-Road and SE – making it easier for buyers to determine the exact Xterra model for their particular needs and lifestyles.

All Xterra models feature an advanced 4.0-liter DOHC V6 engine, rated at 261 horsepower and 281 lb-ft of torque, along with a rugged “F-Alpha” truck platform for adventure-ready performance.  The “F-Alpha” platform is shared with the full-size Nissan Titan pickup and Armada SUV.  Xterra is available with a choice of 6-speed manual or 5-speed automatic transmissions and in a choice of part-time 4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive.

Xterra again features a distinct “multi-flex” interior with an abundance of useable space, storage and convenience features – including an available Easy Clean cargo area, a tie-down channel system, 10 cargo hooks and an available built-in first-aid kit.  While maintaining its “authentic” tough gear positioning, the 2010 Xterra also offers a range of advanced technologies, including Bluetooth® Hands-free Phone System, XM® Satellite Radio (A/T models only, XM® subscription required, sold separately) and an 8-speaker Rockford Fosgate audio system with subwoofer.

Revisions for 2010 include a simplified exterior and interior color selections and new standard equipment – the previously optional Technology Package content is now standard on Xterra SE and OR models and revised X Gear Package content is now standard on Xterra S and SE models (X Gear Package equipment remains standard on Xterra Off-Road models, as well).  Xterra SE and Off-Road models also feature a Garmin Navigation system with an integrated housing as standard equipment.
