If you remember, a few days ago we reported that Porsche would bring a 911 Speedster to us by the end of the year. Today, a member of the TeamSpeed forums comes with a rendering of the future car. There will only be 100 units built, each estimated to be priced at around $200k.

The standard equipment list will include Porsche ceramic composite brakes (PCCB), Porsche active suspension management (PASM), Porsche Doppelkupplung (PDK) (PDK), speedster humps, X51 Carrera powerkit (408hp), and 19" wheels. It will be a 2-seater model featuring a short windshield and a manual roof. It will be offered in either Maritime Blue or Carrera White exterior colors.

The new Porsche 911 Speedster will most likely be unveiled at one of the major shows set to take place at the end of this year with sales to begin in early 2011. Porsche plans to sell around 30% of the new model on the US market.

They look terrible! Do they have really to cover up the side events with a piece of unpainted ABS plastic?

Well, am pretty much comes completely optioned and I guess there will be no options list and the cars will be pretty much all the same. Also, I’m confuse with myself so I’m going to stop blabbing and just admire it.
