If you were coming here in hopes ot learn just how fast the Hennessey Venom F5 can go, well I’m sorry to tell you, but we still don’t know. What we can tell you is that in a short, two-minute video, Hennessey has revealed what the production version of the Venom F5 will look like. Along with this, we’ve received confirmation that the F5 will deliver 1,817 horsepower as expected, which means it has a power-to-weight ratio of 1.34 hp per kg (1,298 HP per ton.) This figure alone, put it well ahead of any road car on sale at the time of this writing. The engine responsible for this is a 6.6-liter twin-turbo V-8 that breaks down to 277 horsepower per liter!
The Venom F5 will be available in LHD and RHD, with double wishbone independent suspension with fully adjustable coil over Penske dampers in the front an rear. With all of this said, we’ve posted the debut video and a nice gallery of images below for you to check out.
