Ken Block and his Hoonicorn are not done with thrashing supercars on the drag strip. This time, the 1,400-horsepower Mustang takes on a Ferrari F8 Tributo and to say it absolutely kills it would be an understatement.

A twin-turbo V-8 for the Hoonicorn Mustang and a twin-turbo V-8 for the Ferrari F8 Tributo. Similar, but not quite.

Mind you, the Hoonicorn wasn’t built with drag racing in mind. The whole straight-line racing idea came from Forza Horizon 4, where gamers started drag racing the Gymkhana Mustang against every supercar or hypercar they could find. Hoonigan just took that concept and turned it into reality and now the Hoonicorn rules supreme on the drag strip, beating every car it went against up to this point.

In fact, the Hoonicorn is so good that this particular F8 Tributo’s owner had to resort to a trick to cross the finish line ahead of the Hoonicorn. After getting absolutely smashed in the first race, he was given the opportunity of a rolling start, on condition that he passes the standing Hoonicorn at about 40 mph.

Instead, the driver floored it and got up to around 90 mph before Ken Block could even push the throttle. The Ferrari won, but in the next race, a radar gun made sure the Tributo driver plays it by the rules. And just like in the first race, the Ferrari was beaten.

That made it 2-1 for the Hoonicorn and we can’t wait to find out what car is it going to race next.
