When you have a Mercedes-AMG C63 at your disposal, what do you do? Pamper it? Take it for drives and have some fun? Well, a few folks thought it would be a good idea to put it through hell and remind people that there is no dearth of stupidity out there. YouTube channel Speedster404 uploaded a video of some sort of a ‘get together’ wherein the C63 can be seen getting abused in ways that a human brain can’t comprehend.

First Time Is A Mistake, But Second Time Is A Choice

No mistakes here, though. All horrible choices! To start off, the ‘Takeover’ has a lot of people and cars there, but this silver AMG C63 takes center stage. When you watch the video, you’ll notice that the pavement has enough potholes and cracks to make for a perfect testing ground for automakers to test the suspension.

The driver pushes his AMG C63 to its limits with a passenger hanging from the window, opening his door while the driver tries to drift, or whatever his definition of drifting is. As anyone could guess, something wrong was bound to happen. Within a few seconds, the rear tire is blown and the bumper is ripped off.

I’m not sure, but I think the driver imagined himself to be in a fast and furious movie kind of a setup (The installments that made sense; not the new ones). Remember the myriad of scenes from the first three movies where they lock the streets and illegally drag race, have fun, and all that? Perhaps this dude visualized himself to be in a similar scenario. But, he’s no Dom or Brian; seems more like Sean from the first race from Tokyo Drift! I don’t see him becoming DK, though. Anyway, I digress.

This isn’t the end. They come back again with a new tire in place and two dudes leaning out from the windows on either side (at least they thought about equal weight distribution this time!) We aren’t sure of the sequence of the video because the bumper is fixed when they return. Anyway, this time also the donuts and drifts aren’t perfect and the car ends up hitting one of the big cracks while sideways that results in a bent wheel and probably broken suspension components.

Well, the video ended there, but you can bet that some more stupidity would’ve taken place before the car was taken to a garage… or a crematorium.

Conclusion

I have one question: How did these guys decide to drift and do donuts on such a surface, with so many people around, and no safety norms in place? Actually, that’s a wrong question. If they would’ve thought about that, we wouldn’t have this video. But, this isn’t fun; this is stupid and absurd. Even more absurd than the Tesla Model S Plaid with a Yoke steering!

With that comment, I sense a rumble’s about to begin. So, before that, watch the video below and share your thoughts with us in the comments section. Also, please do-nut attempt to do such things with your car (pun intended and regretted).
