The Aston Martin Gauntlet Concept by Ugur Sahin is a concept car that combines the timeless lines of the past Aston Martins with the modern interpretation of the existing styling. The name "Gauntlet" refers to the way lines and surfaces overlap or complement each other, not literally, but rather emotionally. This visually suggests the feel of wearing a protective armor in which its full power and potential is in control of the driver.

Looking at this vehicle, it is quite obvious that the stylings were inspired by the Aston Martin Rapide, Aston Martin DBS, and the Aston Martin V8 to say the least. The familiar Aston Martin proportions define the silhouette of the car while the rather aggressive looking headlights give her a sinister smile leading you to believe she has a secret to torture you with as you approach the front of the car. The ASton Martin Gauntlet Concept combines a wide grille with a high rear, front fenders, and double exhausts with the honey comb structure above the diffuser.

the name Gauntlet is very mean, sound like it can out run almost anything on the road and on track, but i hope it performs as it’s name sound like.

I love the chingy headlamps I’m pretty sure that they’ve used the LED technology for this.

Yep more slicker and sexier than the Rapide, however IMO it has the same wheelbase of ONE-77.

Looks pretty and decent, more sleeker than the one-77 and sexier than rapide.

Totally agree with you Tamuramarou. This design looks spectacular. Hire him to design the next great Aston Martin. He knows what he’s doing. Great job.
