BMW launched the Z8 roadster back in 2000 and kept it in production until 2003. It is not only considered as one of the most beautiful roadsters BMW ever made, but it also became very popular after James Bond (aka Peter Brosnan) drove it in the 1999's film The World Is Not Enough. At launch, the Z8 was priced at $128,000, but buying one today will require a lot more from you. A fast search on specialty websites will reveal prices ranging from $120k to $260k. Bring A Trailer, however, has one listed for sale, and one could say that the current $169,060 bid is quite a bargain! The auction ends in 2 days, so you should probably hurry up!

While you could also find cheaper Z8 out there, this one only had one owner. The current owner bought it new at Bill Pearce BMW in Reno, Nevada after he paid a total of $134,295 for it. Since then, he has added only 17,000 miles on the odometer, so you could actually say this Z8 is also very close to being new.

The Z8 was designed by Henrik Fisker and features a body inspired by the BMW 507 roadster. This specific unit is finished in Jet Black combined with a color-matched removable hardtop and a black soft top. The option list includes xenon headlights with washers, grille-mounted fog lights, front fender air extractors with BMW roundels, polished mirror caps, dual exhaust outlets, and neon taillights and turn indicators. The car rides on 18-inch wheels in split-spoke design and wrapped in Bridgestone Potenza RE040 tires.

The cabin is trimmed in black Nappa leather and has a six-disc CD changer, navigation, a Harman Kardon sound system, and a car phone. The centrally mounted instrument cluster shows a 155-mph speedometer, an 8,000-rpm tachometer with an integrated analog clock, and of course the digital odometer that shows 17k miles.

Under the hood, the Z8 features a 4.9-liter V-8 engine rated at 394 horsepower and 368 pound-feet torque. The engine sends all its power to the rear wheels via a six-speed manual transmission. It sprints from 0 to 60 mph in just 4.6 seconds, while top speed goes up to an impressive 162 mph.

The Carfax reports shows no accidents or other damages, while the owner only reports replacing the left rocker molding back in 2005 - with the original part, at the factory, after being damaged by being backed into in a parking lot.
