TheAudi RS3 has been confirmed again: this time thanks to a series of images that show the car’s steering wheel and instrument panel. And at a first look you’ll notice that the odometers says 310 km/h (192 mph). But before you’ll get to excited you must know that the future RS3 will be limited to 155 mph.

It will be powered by the same 2.5 liter, 5-cylinder turbocharged engine that is found in the TT-RS, but with the output increased by 10 HP (going up to 350 HP). The engine will be mated to a new 7-speed S-trinic gearbox (PQ500 unit) as an option (also available on TT RS for ordering now).

The official debut has been announced for 2011 Geneva Motor Show. Also Audi said there will be only 2,700 units built - the exact same number as the BMW 1-Series M Coupe built. The RS3 will carry a price tag of around $60K.

Lots of gullible people out there, not the first time where a modified car was labeled as a super secret production car.

They have been conned. That is some bloke who has modded a standard A3. When was the last time you saw a test mule with bonnet pins and a carbon front splitter. the car has no disguise and the wheel arches are the standard size. They just look bigger because of the offset of the wheels.
