Audi unveiled the TT Clubsport quattro Concept last year at the Essen’s Wörthersee tuner show and no one expected back then the car to ever enter production. But this latest spy shots prove the contrary: the production version of the TT Clubsport quattro was caught testing outside one of the carmaker’s offices in Germany.

The new speedster is yet to be announced by Audi but it is expected to be a limited edition model with the only powertrain option being a 300hp turbocharged 2.0L TFSI – the same unit as the concept car. Audi’s S tronic dual-clutch transmission will likely handle shifting duties, while carbon-ceramic brakes may be an option. As this latest prototype looks almost production ready we could see the new car launched by the end of the year but as mentioned Audi is yet to even confirm its existence.
