Less is more. We’ve heard that phrase uttered a lot of times in our lives and to a certain extent, it holds legitimate weight – no pun intended – especially when you’re looking for something that goes along the lines of making something fast go faster.

That, apparently, is what Lamborghini has in mind with its new Gallardo Superleggera LP570-4. Lamborghini was able to shed weight from the car by using carbon fiber on just about every part of it causing it to weigh less than 154 pounds than a standard LP570-4.

Autocar’s Jamie Corstorphine gives us a rundown of the Lamborghini Superleggera LP570-4 and he does it all behind the wheel of one. Lucky bloke. From the pertinent facts about the car to reactions on how the car feels like when it’s pushed full throttle, Corstorphine leaves no stones unturned in his time with the Superleggera.

Check it out.

The Gallardo is a gorgeous car. To my eye it is one of the most attractive exotics ever manufactured. The irony is that the parent companies Audi R8, so similar mechanically, is such a lumpen misshapen form. The R8 needs a silly "side blade" protuberance to make the proportions even start to look right.

Carbon Ceramic Brakes are one of those things that I cannot quite put my finger on for day to day driving purpose... but for some reason I feel like if I bought this car it would just have to be optioned. Just one of those things that has to be there.

Cool. Well, for most rich people who owns this kind of car, it doesn’t really matter on what makes up the car or what are the technology that it possess for producing such performance and speed. For them its all about display of power.

The course was very suited to the Gallardo LP570-4 Superleggera. I bet this is a fun to drive because of the ambiance and condition of the road.
