The closest thing to a real life Gotham City we have right now is New York City, and it only seems appropriate that you’d find at least one Batmobile patrolling the Big Apple’s streets these days.

This one - while sporting the look of the iconic Batmobile of the two Tim Burton-directed Batman movies of the early 90’s – though, is a little bit more stretched than what we’re used to from the Caped Crusader’s official ride.

But then again, this is New York City, a place where the only thing predictable about it is its unpredictability; spotting the BatLimo running around its streets is hardly surprising to us.

We’re just disappointed that those flame burners are just for decorations; it would’ve been awesome if they actually worked.

dang... that turbine is huge, if it’s real you’re going to need a pretty big tank of nitros.

@rogermanalac: maybe not. But this car will look more of a bat mobile if it has rocket boosters or some sort of flaming nitrous at the back. That will be good cool features to add.

maybe the owner of this limo is a fan of batman that’s why he converted this limo to look like the batmobile. I gotta say that’s insanely amazing! He must have spent a lot in renovating this limo into a batmobile.

Well I have seen a lot batmobiles. Some made from sheet metals that looks like it was to glued to each other to some that looks almost like the real thing (like the one it replicates). I have to say though that this is the first time that I get to see a batmobile that is a limousine. The owner must be really rich and must be a big fan of the bat dude.

If the boosters will work, it will be a big issue in Manhattan. I was wondering if what car manufacturer brand sponsored that batmobile? If it’s not a car brand, who build that car? Anyways I’m amazed on that car and if you see it on the street, you’ll think that Batman is alive and kickin’ behind.
