And we thought the turf wars between Audi and BMW only covered the US and Europe. Now, it looks like the rivalry has gone global after BMW re-popped Audi with a resoundingly emphatic billboard.

The billboard can be found in Hong Kong and while there weren’t any witty tag lines on it, it was about as clear a shot as BMW has taken on their rivals. You probably wouldn’t even notice anything wrong with the billboard, that is until you look at the building’s ground floor occupants and only then will you realize that it’s actually an Audi showroom.

Don’t tell us this is just a coincidence because between these two German car brands, there are no such things as coincidences.

Kirby’s first exposure into the world of automobiles happened when he caught Knight Rider on television as a five-year old boy. David Hasselhoff didn’t leave much of an impression on him (that happened later on in Baywatch), but KITT certainly did. To this day, Kirby remains convinced that he will one day own a car with the same ‘spirit’ as the original KITT (not the 2008 monstrosity). He doesn't know when that will be, but until then, he’s committed to expressing his love for KITT, and all cars for that matter, here at TopSpeed.  Read More

Well just a point of view, the building owner should have considered before allowing that subjective advertise. Though I think the audi dealership probably be screwing the building management upside down for that.

That’s pathetic! A very rude act from BMW. Oh well I guess thats what competition really is.
