Don’t worry, no one has manufactured high heels and extravagant wigs to place on any undeserving vehicles, but we have found a drag race that errs on the side of weird. Motortrend has taken a chance on a very eccentric review by pitting three out-of-place vehicles against one another: the BMW X6 M, Cadillac CTS-V Wagon, and Porsche Panamera.

If you take a look at the specs for these three models, a drag race may not seem too strange a task to undertake. The BMW X6M is powered by a twin-turbo 4.4-liter V8 mated to a six-speed automatic with manual shift paddles that together produce 555 HP and 501 lb-ft of torque. It gets from 0-60 mph in a whopping 4.3 seconds. The Cadillac CTS-V Sport Wagon comes equipped with a 6.2 liter supercharged V8 engine that delivers a total of 556 hp and 551 lb.-ft. of torque. The engine can be coupled to either a six-speed manual transmission or a six-speed automatic. It also does the 0-60 mph sprint in 4.3 seconds. The last awkward vehicle of the test was a Porsche Panamera and its 4.6L twin turbo V8. This engine produces 500hp and 568 lb-ft of torque when mated to a Porsche’s 7-speed twin clutch transmission.

We won’t spoil all of the fun and tell you who won this crazy race, but we will tell you that this video is a definite must-see!

Hmm, a surprisingly nice race. I never thought that these three vehicles would actually be at a match against each other. I wonder what they will be able to come up with next.

I’m expecting the Porsche Panamera win and I was right! I believe that Porsche car is the best option for car racing because of their specs and powerful engine!

Well, these car uses a v8 technology for the engine and they deliver a good fuel economy except the CTS! And I have noticed that the bumper of the BMW X6 similar with Chevy Malibu! Honestly, I was expecting the Cadillac to lose in the race.

This set is definitely the best among the rest. All of the car in the racing track
has a different characteristic and performance. However, I just wonder who will win if the match between the Huayra, Aventador and Apollo will be raised? I think it would be a cool race!

hmm. I think it would be fair if it haven’t used a turbo engine for the Panamera. Although the time lap is quite close to each other.

I agree with you dimavsen. Porsche Panamera cost more since it uses Turbo engine. I just wonder if it will perform the same if they have used a supercharged engine instead?

Yeah, that’s what is common between all these three vehicles, they all produce around 500 hp. Though because of their weight differences, they have vastly different top speeds.

Cts v probably would’ve caught up in 1 mile drag because in this race it had the highest speed despite its rwd which made a bad jump off the line. X6m was too heavy. But Porsche is Quick..sadly it cost too much.

Every time I see that wagon, I ask my self Hwo on earth want a 550 HP sport wagon?

I agree with all these are from diffrent catagories although they are in the 500 Hp range

I wonder what kind of cars they would pit against each other. Hmm, it would be interesting to see a Mini going against a Jaguar and a Bentley.

Well, that one is certainly one heck of a race. But it really is quite odd that they pitted three totally different cars against each other for this one.

Well, I find the video quite interesting! However, I’m cheering for Porsche. i think their car is the best option for car racing.

Ha, if it were more than that, I think the X6 would have actually won the competition (because the other two ran out of fuel). Pretty good race though.
