Bugatti’s vehicle fleet is absolutely crazy and, honestly, outright expensive. Between the Bugatti Centodieci, the Divo, the Chiron Pur Sport, and the Chiron Super Sport 300+, you’d have to pony up some €20 million or about $24.5 million at current exchange rates if you wanted to own one of each. In return for that massive sum of money, you’d have a total of 6,135 horsepower and about 4,720 pound-feet of torque in your garage just waiting to be unleashed. For a brand like Bugatti, however, it’s important that each and every car is perfect, and that’s why it routinely puts each one through some of the most extreme testing you can imagine. Recently, the company took its entire fleet to the Nürburgring, and we’re lucky enough to have some pretty sweet images from the trip.

Bugatti at the Nürburgring

As you’re probably well aware, the Nürburgring is, essentially, the go-to for new-car testing on the other side of the big drink. If you drive a car that was designed and built in Europe, there’s a good chance that the prototypes it was based on was tested there at one time or another. This is because it is, by far, the most demanding, tiring, and intense track in the world. It features 33 left-hand turns, 40 right-hand turns, gradients of up to 17-percent, and an altitude change range of about 300 meters between the start and finish, which comes in at 20.832 km or 12.944 miles. This is the exact reason why automakers use it to test the strength, durability, handling, and overall performance of their sports cars.

So, what was Bugatti doing at the Nurburgring with its entire fleet? Well, take it from Lars Fischer, Bugatti’s Head of Chassis Testing and Setup:

As you can imagine, this trip to the track was more about testing under extreme conditions as opposed to day-to-day situations, but what we really like about the whole ordeal are the great images that come as a result. If you want to hear more from Bugatti, you can check out the press release below, but I suggest that you check out all the great images in the webstory at the top of this page!
