Camaro Superfest is the longest running all-Camaro->ke248 event in the USA. A couple of weekends ago, this event took place in Riverside Park, Ypsilanti, Michigan, providing visitors of the show a chance to see the first and second non-red Camaro ZL1: one was white and the other was yellow (the Bumblebee star from the latest Transformers movie). The white ZL1 is also the first model to featire an automatic transmission (usually the ZL1 is offered with a Tremec TR6060 six-speed manual transmission).

The Camaro ZL1 is powered by a LSA 6.2L supercharged V-8 engine that produces an estimated 550 HP and 550 lb.-ft. of torque. The model will be distinguished by a new front fascia, hood with air extractors, and a signature center section constructed of carbon fiber rendered in satin black finish.

This year the Camaro Superfest hit its 20th anniversary and was held from July 1st to July 3rd, 2011. This is an event where the attendees must drive a Camaro, no matter the year.
