SWAE is a new name in the market, but the company is trying to create some noise by targeting one of the most popular sports cars, the McLaren 720S. SWAE has equipped it with a carbon fiber widebody kit, new wheels, and also a performance tune-up that makes around 900 horses. It makes the stock 720S quite plain-Jane, doesn’t it? There are not a lot of details available at this point, but this build by the Montana-based tuner is expected to cost a shade under $500,000.

The 720S is a near-perfect car, so choosing this to ‘improve’ it was a bold move on SWAE’s part. Nevertheless, it’s done a decent job with it.

SWAE hasn’t pointed out the differences, but you can spot the wide air damn and vents on the bumper and the fenders. This SWAE build rides on smoking hot 10-spoke wheels with the tuner’s logo on them. Apart from this, it comes with “the first-ever 3-D printed titanium wing supports”. There is no word on changes, if any, made to the interior.

The McLaren 720S is powered by a 4.0-liter, twin-turbo V-8 mill. It dishes out 710 horses and 564 pound-feet of torque in the stock form. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a seven-speed DCT gearbox that helps the car sprint to 60 mph from a standstill in 2.7 seconds.

The stock car, by the way, weighs 3,167 pounds. The SWAE model will also feature a modified exhaust system with stainless steel cat delete pipes.

SWAE has noted that the car will be priced at just under half-a-million dollars. This makes it significantly more expensive than the stock McLaren 720S which starts at $299,000. The SWAE 720S will be on display at the Prestige Imports in Miami, Florida.
