Chrysler might build small car in China
Chrysler has signed an agreement with Chevy and it might strat building small cars in China. The agreement still has to be approved by the Chinese government and the DaimlerChrysler AG supervisory board, which meets in January, Chrysler spokesman Jason Vines said today.
The cars would carry an undetermined Chrysler group brand. The automaker showed a small-car concept at the 2006 Geneva auto show, the Dodge Hornet. Vines declined to say whether the new car would be the Hornet.
